Marketing cookies are collected for LinkedIn, Google DV360, Adform and AppNexus;Xandr. Marketing cookies are used to recognise visitors across websites. We use them to display ads that are relevant to each user.

 

Google - DV360 uses analytics (track conversions), reporting, protecting advertisers against click fraud. The data points collected are: 

• time the ad was displayed;
• identifiers to indicate the ad served;
• IP address;
• referral URL (i.e. the URL of the page where the ad was served);
• ad request string contained in the ad tag;
• whether a user clicks on or interacts with an ad;
• unique Google cookie ID.

Note: Google floodlight (conversion) tag often acts as a container tag and is configurable.

 

The Adform Impression tag collects the following data points: IP address, publisher page URL, publisher domain, Adform Cookie ID, User-Agent, timestamp.

The Adform Click tracker collects the following data points: IP address, publisher page URL, publisher domain, Adform Cookie ID, User-Agent, timestamp.

The Adform Site-tracking tag collects the following data points: IP address, page URL, previous page URL, publisher domain, Adform Cookie ID, User-Agent, timestamp, referrer. Variable field for data collection may be added.

The Adform Audience Pixel collects the following data points: IP address, the URL, Adform Cookie ID, User-agent, timestamp. 

The Adform ID matching pixel collects the following data points: IP address, the URL, Adform Cookie ID, User-Agent, timestamp, (optional) external ID.

 

AppNexus Segments and Conversion Pixels:

Segment and Conversion data is passed to AppNexus in a number of ways.

Segment and Conversion pixels: Data may be passed by means of segment/conversion pixels placed on our site or creative, which then sends a message to their Platform when users visit those sites or are served those creatives.

Offline process: Data may also be passed from AppNexus clients to AppNexus by means of an offline process.

AppNexus;Xandr collects the following data points:

Regarding personal data – the following are collected:

• Pseudonymous cookie id
• mobile advertising id
• IP address
• latitude/longitude

Post-GDPR, user_id_64, device_unique_id, ip_address, latitude, and longitude:

• Will all be present if user not in EU/EEA
• Will all be present if user in EU/EEA, publisher has chosen client as an approved vendor and has user consent for vendor (if needed).
• If publisher has not chosen client as an approved vendor and/or publisher has chosen client as an approved vendor, but user hasn’t consented (if necessary) to access device/browser and/or use data for disclosed purposes, then hashed or truncated values will appear:
• hashed_user_id_64, hashed_device_unique_id, ip_address_trunc, latitude_trunc, longitude_trunc
• Otherwise, these parameters will not be present in our Log Level Data Feed.
• Other information collected includes:

To avoid any doubt - Segments and the data associated with each segment that is used for real-time purposes are stored separate and apart from other Platform data on a system that is subject to strict access controls. The data is stored in each of our real-time instances within the data centre location chosen by our clients to upload their segment data. This data is stored at the instruction of our clients and used solely to provide services to the client that uploads it. Additionally, segment data is included in the impression-level log data that results from auctions on the Platform. This post-auction impression-level log data is stored separately and apart from other Platform data on a system that is subject to strict access controls and is solely used internally for fraud and security purposes as discussed above and externally for us to deliver reporting to clients who have the appropriate permissions to receive such data. Post-auction impression-level log data is also stored in our data pipeline with the pseudonymous identifiers and other pseudonymous personal data logically separated as set forth above.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services from time to time at our discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided. Any updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.
