Spraying troubleshooting

What type of materials were the treated shoes? *
Have nozzles been cleaned daily with the provided wipes only? *
If no, clean nozzles and try again *
Does the IMBOX sound as normal? *
Is the IMBOX connected to internet via Wi-Fi/LTE/Lan? *
If no, please reboot by turning off the power to the IMBOX or pulling out the plug and then power it on again. *

Lack of connection

Reboot the IMBOX Flagship by turning off the power to the machine or pulling out the plug and then power it on again. NOTE: If Wi-Fi symbol and or LTE symbol has a red dot, then the machine is connected, but there is no internet. In this case, please reboot the shop router before rebooting the machine. *

Inefficiency of treatment

Please note that hardening time is 24 hours. Test by spraying a sneaker, waiting 24 hrs., and then pouring water on it.
Please report in so we can remotely check and act if needed without waiting for the test result. * Be aware a visit will only be ordered if something is found remotely or if we get a negative test result update. For further help, see point 1 (Spraying troubleshooting).
