A new chapter ahead
Earlier this year, IMBOX Protection A/S entered into a partnership with the Swedish-founded Altor Fund VI.
It has been a long and thoughtful process, and we are delighted to officially welcome Altor as part of the IMBOX family.
Established in 2003, Altor focuses on five key sectors: Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial, and Technology.
Together with Altor, our mission is now able to unfold and make protection fast, easy, and effective for everyone. This partnership not only opens new global opportunities, but we can now accelerate faster and better through deep expertise and a proven track record.
René Marker will continue in his role as CEO, and our headquarters will remain in Skødstrup, Denmark. René and the Grundtvig family will also continue as minority shareholders of Imbox Protection.
